• Required of each person appearing in the video (and parent/guardian if person appearing is under 18).  People truly incidental to the video and appearing in the background may be exempted from this requirement (see our FAQ section for more details.)
• You will be asked to submit this form only if you are declared a Potential Contest Winner.

Location Release Form. Here.

• Required of any location you shot in which you did not own, or was not a public space (like a public park).
• You will be asked to submit this signed form only if you are declared a Potential Contest Winner.

Rights Transfer Agreement. Here.

• Transfers rights to Reel Insights for footage and videos that Potential Contest Winners submit.
• You will be asked to submit this signed form only if you are declared a Potential Contest Winner.
